Hey, this is a home built/experimental aircraft....EVERYTHING is an option.
My big options so far is adding the second door to my original Velocity "SUV" to make it a "Standard Elite". Also, this now gives the SE duel yokes instead of the center stick. I like this since I fly right handed, usually, and the absense of the center stick gives about 4 inches more room in the cabin.
The other big option is the Mazday Rotary engine.
I will be enjoying the process of seeing the development of instuments over the next several months/years. I like the idea of a "glass cockpit". As such, I have purchased a Dynon D-100 EFIS as my primary flight display. It has almost 7 inches across of, sunlight readable, viewable area. Nice unit with a good reputation at a good price. Also,I will be continuing to wathch development for auto pilots such as the Tru-trak. This is one of the big advantages of experimental aviation, so many OPTIONS <g>
